Park Home InsuranceIf you rent a mobile home that is located in a mobile home park, are you required to purchase a mobile home insurance?

anyone has any experience with this?

Not by law but can be done by contract.

Most lenders require insurance.

As the park itself as you rent a space may very well need insurance.

not at all, but renters insurance would be a good idea

If it is financed, your lender will require insurance. And if you're smart, you must pay for insurance.
