Park City Resort

I bought a season pass at Park City Mountain Resort and now I want to ski with the ski team. I was not getting my pass, and the season has not started yet. Do you think I could get a refund for what I paid for it? I bought it directly from Park City Resort. They say nothing about it on their web site and its operator is always busy. Any help would be great. :)
