Paris ToursParis Tours?

Does anyone know of any tour operators who offer reasonably priced sightseeing tours in Paris, France?

Get a "Paris Pass www.paris-pass.com It offers access to many attractions and museums, including a subway station right card for subway, bus, etc. The Pass allows you to skip waiting in the Long lines ticket and you go straight to the entrance. They are good for a specified number of days 2, 4 or 6. A bit expensive to start, but will save a little on the long term.

How does this relate to your question: One of the attractions is a day are the two floors hop on hop off bus, with the ear given sets to plug into a multi-audio languages. You can walk around town or down to listen to one of multiple stops, all in front of the big attractions. Then, when you're done, hop back on. They send you cards with your order. It is really easy, just do not lose the little Metro Pass which must be run thought the turnstile every time you board.

Certainly take pub trans in Versailles. Metro and bus connection or a train, people help, they are pretty nice (as long as you are rude) and admission is included with the Paris Pass, only downside with the pass is that you get to save two hours of not having to wait in line for tickets!,
Enjoy your trip

If you do use public transport to Versailles, do realize you have a 5-15 minutes walk from the station doors. If you need help, then that's where private (tour) of transport would be better.

When choosing a travel agency, be sure to research the route. There are so many things to see, you do not want to limit yourself to what they choose.

Paris Vision is a company good visit. Your hotel will no doubt be able to book the tour for you. Another tip on Versailles. Do not go. It's a tourist trap, mostly empty, and the gardens are in ruins because they lost most of the trees in an ice storm a few seasons back. Instead of visiting the castle which was the prototype of Versailles. It is fully restored, furnished and the gardens are the finest in France.

There are several travel companies around Paris. The one I used was called Paris Vision (I think). You'll have no trouble finding visits and they are all the same to me. A board, take public transportation to Versailles.

Like Open Tour.

As in Versailles, I agree with the other displays. It is easy to get on the train, which is also much cheaper than going with a group.
