Pacific Sands Resort

My fiance and I are looking for a nice resort to spend a quiet week or two.
Preferably a place that has a "No Kids" political, not populated by yobbos drunkend.

Somewhere with white sand beaches, jungle trekking, diving and snorkelling opportunities in local markets to shop together in a budget price range would be ideal.

In Fiji, New Caledonia and Vanuatu would do well.

Outside the budget - Turtle Island in Fiji. Have always wanted to go!
