Outwell Hartford L is my tent.
1 set of mounting pole has an elastic band broke, therefore the poles are placed in the other to rise. However, we seemed to have lost one pole end has a little money on each end. I desperately need that you can not pitch the tent without it. Please help me.

The elastic is easy to replace. You can get it at most outfitters or campmor.com
I take his post and grommet installation and you're next to the post. You can get something out of platform glue and use metal or something. If they are fiberglass, you can try again for Campmor Eureka fiberglass replacement poles. If size does not work you can always get one and use it for your old polar platform.
