Spain is a great option for the one guy trying to get some action, nude beaches by day and raged all night parties. If you are desperate prostitution is legal in Amsterdam (you can also try to get this market yourself and become a gigolo). Germany's a great place during more forgiving weather. PS: Most people speak Spanish in Spain with a lisp. It is customary and not a speech impediment for many so do not let go off.
