North Carolina Concealed Carry Laws

Posted on October 7, 2010.
North Carolina Concealed Carry LawsNorth Carolina concealed carry question of law, transporting a handgun?

I do not have a concealed carry permit.
I drive a pickup truck that was not a toolbox
Can I legally drive my fist at the beach?
I heard I can only do so if they are arranged on the front seat.
Can they be in their case?
I would prefer any assistance to that individual in a low Earth orbit.
Thank you in advance.

Jeez, people today really have no idea what they speak. NC is an open carry state. You do not need a permit for anything if you buy the private sector and there is nothing you need to own one. As the weapon is visible, then you are ok. As far as can you wear on the front seat in his case, although you leave the interpretation of the agent. He can tell because he can not physically see the gun, it is hidden, what do you think he will say. This is a license purchase, you can get through your local sheriffs office, if you buy from a dealer or a person with an FFL, but it is only a license to buy because " they need by the state, but this is not a license to carry it. There is a concealed carry permit that is approved by the State and issued by the sheriff's office so you can wear the gun in a hidden mode, but this is not a license to possess a firearm, only to perform the hiding and the United States you have been through the training requirements and state laws concerning handguns. However, for some reason, the glove is not considered concealed. Gun laws are very complicated so please make sure you educate yourself first, but do not be afraid to carry your gun at the beach. God thank you that NC is still one of the states which are not against handguns as long as you do things you're supposed to do, but I highly recommend the concealed carry permit. This allows the officer that you are not one of the wicked and you have been trained and is the owner of a loaded firearm. Believe me, criminals and bad guys with records can not get one if it gives the agent a much better state of mind when it comes to you. Even if you buy privately with no license make you trust the person you buy the weapon and was not used in a crime and you can always go to register your guns with the sheriff's office to protect you . Good Luck.

No, you can not even legally possess a weapon. Why would you go to a beach with a gun?

They can not be loaded. They should also be guaranteed, but other than that you should be good as long as they were purchased legally. The person who says you can not even own a gun obviously does not know that NC, you must have a permit to purchase a separate license and port.
