Mt Tambourine

Mt TambourineDaphne Odora then be planted in Brisbane?

Like the flower Daphne Odora, and I live in Brisbane, so I was wondering if it can be planted in Brisbane? I know this is a chiller plant and can be found in Mt Tambourine and Towoomba.

I live in a temperate climate in the us and we can grow daphnes fairly well, but sometimes an unusually cold winter may be difficult for them. shelter against the extreme cold and heat is useful.

I do not know how hot it is in Brisbane, but with the right micro-climate, you can probably grow Daphne odora. there are other fragrant daphne you can also check if you are growing for the perfume.

if your average summer weather is above 90 degrees, you want to shade and eastern exposure with dappled sunlight.

This article actually begins on page 114 and you can read on page 118 for review of this book. hope this link works long!
