Military Flights

My cousin and his wife are hoping to fly to the United Kingdom for the first time next year. As it was in the Navy (many years ago!) He hopes to get a cheap flight. Can you tell me what basis the United Kingdom currently serve flights from the USA?

tp its not going to happen. he needs to fly on a normal flight to pay like everyone else.
