I am alone in Miami for the first time this coming July 7 for three months
What is the best place to stay? South Beach?

My requirement is within walking distance of the beach, a place that is happenning day and night, post office nearby.
And of course, safety comes first.
on the budget I'll be there for 3 months

I have a few hostels in mind, please advise
Miami Beach International Travellers Hostel
The Clay Hotel and Hostel
The Tropics Hotel and Hostel
The South Beach Hostel

Or should I had the studio aparments? What is the price like?

The Internet is everything to me, can I get free wifi areas there?

Honestly it is best to request a short term lease for an efficiency in the district of South Beach. Almost everywhere outside the Collins Avenue, Ocean Dr., Lincoln Road, Washington Ave, Jefferson Ave, Meridian Ave, Lenox Ave, Michigan Ave & no lower than the block of 1800 is happening near the post office, shops, restaurants, beach and nightlife.

*** Basically anywhere in Block 600 to Block 1800 of one of these roads is close to your needs in the district of South Beach.

My best friends mother rents an efficiency of your database to a "safe" area of South Beach. Her rent is $ 650 p / month.

You can check the Miami Herald Classifieds availability or a site like Craigs List.

UN_POQUITO, has good suggestions to find short-term lease for an efficiency. It can be difficult to find a lease 3 months. Most short term rentals are for 6 months.
