Members Luggage

Members LuggageWhat do you do with your luggage on board the TGV in France?

I will travel between Morlaix and Guingamp on the line from Brest to Paris in a few days with twice the family members. Between us, we'll probably have a fairly large and one small bag with us.

Is neccessery is to have luggage stored elsewhere or is it OK to take the train? If so, where do I put the luggage and where do I collect the luggage at the end of the trip?

Also any other advice would be great.

Thank you!

There are racks by the front door for large pieces. Small pieces can be placed at your feet or overhead, if the overhead bins tend to be fairly close. You collect your chunks before landing. Be certain to listen to the announcements at the station.

TGV system is fantastic. You can get almost anywhere in France within hours. There is a train station Gaulle airport and another Satolas.

The previous answer is spot on. Make sure you have a reservation for the TGV - you should show your ticket numbers and transportation security. On the platform there will probably be an electronic indicator showing which part of the platform, you must wait at least for your car. Saves a chart for last minute that TGV trains can be very long!
