MarketplaceMaui AccommodationPosted on December 28, 2010. Looking for affordable housing on Maui or Waikiki.? Organize a family reunion in June 2008 and try to find the right place. Must have a suitable family accommodation, restaurants, bars. Near the beach. Hello, ideal for a family reunion! I set up an important answer to someone and some of them might be useful for you as well! Stayed at the Hotel Ocean a number of times and it's proximity to the beach and shops coupled with its price brings me back each time. The Ambassador Hotel is also very reasonable, as is the Ohana Maile Skycourt. The rooms are very small in Skycourt though. Below, I have a lot of info that may help you during your stay. Bon voyage!
Hello, I love hiking in Hawaii and this site is by far the most detailed. Manoa falls is one of my favorite fall hiking and although not recommended for the hike up past the first fall in the second, third and beyond are amazing. Many people go around the fence and the roots of banyan tree to the second falls and swim over. I am guilty of that too, but it is absolutely incredible and you can dive from the rocks into the water. This link http://www.hawaiitrails.org/ take you to a site that explains any trail on all islands and is a MUST see if you go hiking on the island. The rest of this post are things that I set up for someone else and has other useful information or useful for travelers to Hawaii. Def go and check on site ... you will not be disappointed. I hope this helps you.
I'm a nature nut and Hawaii is an ideal place to enjoy our beautiful planet! I put this together earlier but wanted to share it with you because there are things here that will help you! Hawaii is really worth! I can not get enough of this place! I've been 6 times and I found enough on Oahu to do that I have not even ventured into the other islands yet! Here are some things in Waikiki and around the island to do; Dukes is def cool and right on the beach, and if you want to dance you can go to scruples. If you want to drink, then do it in your room because it is moderate to expensive at the clubs. I suggest going to one of the 50 + ABC stores and grabbing your alcohol there is a lot cheaper! There are a ton of eating places down on the tape, but the real Hawaii is out of town. Take the bus or car to the Manoa Valley and experience the rainforest and a natural waterfall! Take a trip to the north shore and go to Waimaia Valley and see the most spectacular fauna anywhere! If you walk along the ridges and see paradise adventure of 4000 feet! I did and I loved every second of it .. Ok and it was more like 8 hours of that, but anyway .. lol. This link will take you to a site with detailed information on hiking trails very http://www.hawaiitrails.org/ scuba diving and snorkeling are pretty awesome too! Hanuama bay is touristy and with good reason. You're sure to see tons of fish and a beautiful afternoon on a beautiful beach! Diving can be done just off shore and runs around $ 100 for 2 tanks and you do not need to be experienced. Not far from town you can jet ski or parasail. Would not really bother with the jet skiing because they have too many rules in Hawaii but the parasailing is something you should at least try once. After that, it gets a little boring. In town the international market is def cool and worth a walk in ... a point .. go to all the booths, then go back and do not be afraid to barter .. that's how it works there! On the weekend a really cool thing to do go to Aloha Stadium for a huge flea market! I mean huge tents to go around the stadium and everything you can find souvenirs in Waikiki you will find the way to I mean much cheaper! Oh, one last thing you need.
