Luggage Ratings

I bought a five-piece luggage set last Thanksgiving at Macys .. and after two trips to Las Vegas and a trip to Ontario, they are worthless. Completely torn apart and a mess.
What a good piece of luggage? Something I can pack seven days of clothing, etc. and will last for at least three years, and will last throughout the world.

I see that Diane Von Furstenberg luggage gets good grades, but they are expensive! The more I look the more I think I'll just have to bite the bullet and pay.
What style rolling duffle bag? Ogio seems to be doing good.

Unless you spend a fortune, you will find that luggage sets tend to be of lesser quality.

To meet all your criteria, you will spend lots of money. However, the investment is worth it, it's either get something right now, or continue to buy several bags cheaper. The small premium paid for the quality usually pays for itself in a year or two at most.

For work, I have a Samsonite suit bag held for five years. It's expensive, but I use about 20-25 weeks a year. Can I put a week of clothes and when so needbe.

Have you considered a hard-sided luggage?

My suitcase timber is 14 years old and still in perfect condition, so I added him with a trolley bag, and various other pieces of his in a slate gray and sylish I def again.I also buy a backpack I like hiking trips too
