Doing business internationally is not a problem. Although communication is more advanced than ever, there is still the need for face to face interaction. Business people have to travel a lot and travel quickly. For larger companies need to adapt is huge, with big companies raking hotel bills million dollars, there is certainly a need for something more economical. Staying in hotels for extended periods of time can be very expensive. It can also be very uncomfortable.

When you have staff members who must relocate for long periods of time, then its much cheaper to focus on long term stay hotels and corporate housing. Although these long-stay hotels have come a long way toward making it feel less like a hotel, its still a hotel and it may lack the space and comfort some people want. This is where apartments and social housing comes in. These range from downtown hotels and country houses and focus on business travelers who need a home away from home . What makes this different is the obvious comfort factor, but hotels as it has a service component to take care of guests. It is usually fully equipped with all the latest entertainment and private suites range from the lower end of the market to end higher absolute with apartments that will make even the businessman's most important to feel special.

Although prices vary from low to high for both extended stay hotels and corporate apartments of its comfort factor and convenience that should determine your decision. The needs of different guests will be different. Usually, if your staff has to move for long periods of time and then they would prefer an apartment. If deadlines are much shorter trip like a week or two, then a hotel stay in the short term is probably best.
