London River Trips

I'm planning a trip to London and I really want to see fireworks on New Year's. Do you think it's a good idea to take a cruise on the river and if so would you recommend one?

Well, a river cruise would be great, I tried watching a bridge, but it's a really masked the view was not so great. The boat will probably be the uprising, but if that's ok with you, then yes, it does, that is, if you can find a boat close enough to the fireworks for full view
