DAY 01:
You will board your overnight flight to Nairobi, Kenya from Europe

DAY 02: NAIROBI NATIONAL PARK
A smooth flight will see you arrive at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi JKIA at about half past eight ET once the formalities of immigration, we collected our luggage and met our guides and good friends Joseph & Nico. Once outside the airport, we present our drivers who will skillfully deal with your luggage in the vehicles. With most of us are still trying to get our binoculars from our hand luggage chest black Snake Eagle flew over and several Red-winged Starlings and Little Swifts were spotted. No time to waste time we were directly in our great African safari. A short drive brought us to the entrance of Nairobi National Park and birding began. We will soon introduce us to some of the more common species such as Red Sparrow and Yellow-rumped Seedeater and that some members of the group found their first Masai giraffe in the bathroom the rest of us looked around and Lesser Striped 'Red-rumped swallow. We'll all take our positions in our respective vehicles, the roofs will be raised and in the park, we headed. Several Masai Giraffe overlooks the bush and opened our first Coke's hartebeest and Masai Ostrich be seen. Huge Banded Martins appeared and groups over the years with a long tail began to be seen everywhere. A huge lappet-faced vulture define the list of birds of prey and Running a pair of White-bellied Bustards. Continue on as we garner a little more cisticolas with a good view of Stout and croaking. A group of Grant's gazelles paid no attention to us while we were all close to beautiful views of a pair of short-tailed Larks. Our first yellow-necked Spurfowl were seen near the runway and the northern groups of Pied babblers were noted. We worked our way along dusty tracks towards our place picnic lunch. White-backed vultures were readily visible as Red-billed Quelea Pipit then a long beak and a nice pair of starlings Hildebrandt showing their beautiful bright red eyes. Augar Buzzards Commons were soon found, Cape Buffalo were abundant and olive baboon was seen sitting in a tree to tree. Along the road we found two Zebra Waxbill a Bronze Sunbird and reasonable point of view Quail-finch, while our picnic stop, we had a good meal and several species of birds which could be observed between bites. A man of Cardinal Quelea poses for us as a Robin White-browed Scrub and another yellow-necked Spurfowl. Finished with our lunch, we were on our way. A nearby pool we found Black Crakes, a malachite kingfisher and male reproductive Golden Weaver Holub. In the bush, we looked at a mustache superb African Warbler among a group of models that also contained bronze and Common Waxbill Crimson-rumped. On a distant tree a huge Grosbeak Weaver was found and we moved to an adult Bateleur Nice put in a cameo. Besides a bed of reeds, we saw very similar gray-crowned cranes and some Rush Warbler was encouraged to show up. Here on a small lake a darter of Africa was seen resting next to black-crowned night herons and near black-headed herons and Hadada have been identified. Several Masai Giraffe gave us a closer view while looking good and a few Red-billed Oxpeckers were found feeding on their backs. Continuing through the park, we came to a grassy knoll where a pride of eight lions sitting just twenty feet in front of us. After admiring "pussy cats" these we proceed to find more Cape Buffalo, Thompson Gazelle small and some huge Eland. Among the birds that have become too numerous to remember, we found Francolin Shelley, then a very good bird for the park, which was a red and yellow Barbet, the more we have had an excellent view of a perched Pale Is singing pigeons. On a small pond we found a Madagascar Squacco and a magnificent Thre.
