Lake Placid New York

Posted on December 9, 2010.
Lake Placid New YorkYou see Lake Placid, New York hosts the Winter Olympics for the third time in your life? Why or why not?

Lake Placid, New York hosted ot 1932 and 1980 Winter Olympics and is also the home of 2000 Winter Games goodwill (the only Goodwill Winter Games). Although Lake Placid has not put forward an offer (which I'm aware of) since the Winter Olympics of 1980, you see Lake Placid host the Winter Olympics again in your life ? Why or why not?

No Lake Placid will not host another Winter Olympics anytime soon. There are many other places on the planet who are privileged areas for the Winter Olympics, but have not yet organized once. Lake Placid has hosted twice, and the United States has held the most Olympic Winter Games, a total of four. Lake Placid itself is now too small for the size of the Winter Olympics. They tend to give the Winter Olympics in areas close to populated areas, much more nowadays.

I think it would be good to help another region of the United States for the Winter Olympics of the future.
I think it's fair to move the event around from one place to another, the U.S. and outside the United States.
