Are eggs that are sold in a store, but not normal to eat in the refrigerator? I'm on a journey across Europe and often make my own breakfast in the inn, when they have kitchens. However, in almost every store I go, eggs for sale are just sitting, not in a refrigerator. My question is if they agree to eat? It seems they do go wrong, and I have avoided buying them, but I do not know. Any thoughts?
Eggs can be effectively excluded. Even in the Staes. My MIL keeps his on the counter and we never had a problem with it.
You'll be fine to buy and cook.
Yes! Eggs that have been cleaned have a natural barrier that protects then, so no refrigeration is necessary. United States, they are cleaned to obtain feathers and those of them. So, eat!
it should be allowed, check the date and make sure they are fresh.
check as well but I buy my eggs like that
do not eat
