Honeymoon Cruise Vacation

Not unless you want to spend your honeymoon sick as a dog! I would not recommend it. Each time I received a flu shot I ended up sick with a bad cold for a week or two after. Not a nice way to spend a vacation. Not romantic!

of course it is. It's always a good idea to get vaccinated.

This is a "safety" idea at any time .......... I have a vaccine against the flu every year and I've never had any ill effects from it.
