Hawaii Sightseeing

Me and my girlfriend wants to make a long weekend trip somewhere in Europe probably. Cannot decide where yet, so I need help, not sure what we want to go on both, maybe something like a European hawaii or maybe a visit.

I lived in Hilo, Hawaii, Kahalui, Maui and Honolulu, Oahu, no place is nowhere, as the islands of Hawaii. (Time, people and culture are like no other place)
I heard that Croatia is sunny and warm waters.
