Hand Baggage Restrictions

I'm sick of airport officals through my hand luggage whenever I fly.In fact, I have not been abroad in more than a year because of this.I do not realize that is for the security of all airports, but need to improve technology. I normally go abroad every few months.There no logic behind these rules.It really put me off the flight and the airlines hope to realize the inconvenience it causes to passengers.

Decision ... it is government regs for the safety of everyone. " It is a small thing ... Most people are so excited and happy to get to travel ... especially abroad, they think nothing. Relax, we look forward to your trip! Do you let things bother you Itty Bitty in all aspects of your life? If I could afford to "travel abroad several times a year" I'd be very happy. You sound a bit spoiled for me! Now do not get angry and defensive ... You asked, so people are going to respond.

I had to fly over 25 flights per year, mostly international flights, since 9 / 11 is about 200 flights. I had my bags looking exactly one (1) time, and it was my fault for having something that was forbidden and was treated very politely and professionally when they opened my bag. Maybe you should learn to pack differently, keep as little as possible and check the rest. I have no problem with the security check and it seems that you make a much bigger deal of the situation than you should. If you travel abroad is something you enjoy, I would not let a few minutes at the checkpoint secrurity change my life.

You know what? There is not a problem for me if it keeps me safe!

U seems compalining everything from luggage restrictions, airport security to search your bag, X-ray machines can not detect threats by themselves, the airlines (which have no control over the security) and the fact that 5 to 10 minutes of your life is wasted while someone checks your bag because you did not follow simple instuctions.

Now that you've made me sad - I'm going to cry because you were not on vacation this year ....

Aw do not listen to people telling you to stop whining. I get what you mean, it's a bit annoying all these rules, but it's the fault of the government, not airlines. I understand why we need rules, but I get p * ssed off about how waiting times have increased, airport airside make enough rent the store, they should put more staff to make safety checks .
Going through security is really a nightmare, once in the queue in front of me was a woman asks the cat she had in her bag must be purchased or could go through the x-ray machine - to least his stupidity made me smile that day I was again waiting in line to go through security!

There is logic behind the rules, though. cutters were used to slaughter several planes September 11, 2001. Knives were banned. The explosives can take a plane go boom, the government does not want. Thus, the explosives are prohibited.

Weapons are prohibited. This makes sense. You do not need a gun in your hand luggage.

Liquids have been limited due to a plot to blow up airliners using liquid explosives. I think that putting a restriction on liquids has been very effective and it is quite logical, too. What do you expect airport security to each bottle test for single liquid explosives? Nobody could ever take flight. It simply can not be done. Thus, the TSA (and other entities of airport security in other countries) have come to a compromise so that passengers can take with them SOME liquids. See this.
