Sunshine Career Institute Safety Officer Course

A total of 40-hours of instruction for the training class "D" license is required by the State of Florida. However, the law allows that such training is divided into 24 hours of initial training and 16-hour follow-up investigation. The application must be at least 18 years with no disqualifying criminal history, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. At Sunshine Career Institute, we offer the first 24 hours for $ 75.00, 16 - hour for $ 65.00 or 40 total - $ 140.00 per hour for Class "D" on a training period of two days of classroom instruction, after which a review is given. Students who passed will receive a certificate of proof to provide to the state when they ask D License.

For applicants to reapply, includes all information required by the State of Florida for a training officer, including the new mandatory training to raise awareness against terrorism.

In addition to teaching lesson, Inc. Sunshine Career Institute, we ensure that the permit application is complete and each student filled out correctly, the applications are notarized, and no fingerprint card and photo ID are provided for our students.

Students who have completed the first 24 hours of programming should return within six months to complete the 16 hours of continuing education to maintain their licenses at a cost of $ 65.00. Students passing the final exam will be given 16 hours of proof of completion to provide the State of Florida as needed to maintain their class "D" license.

NOTE: Those with an expired license who have completed their first 24 hours of courses after October 1994 but never made it there 16 hours of courses, it has suspended license.

"G" license armed security officers are required to complete 28-hours of classroom instruction and range in accordance with the Florida chapter 493, under the direction of a class "K" licensed instructor. The course covers all the information required by the State of Florida for applicants in category "G" license, including the Florida Statues 493, 775, and 790 firearms aec Security & Mechanical aec Civil Liability and the use of force issues aec Gun Shooting aec Maintenance Firearms aec Other subjects required students who pass the final examination and qualification range will be given proof of completion to provide to the state when they apply to the category "G" license.

Graduates are issued in Florida Class "G" license must return once a year to complete annual retraining to maintain their license. All agents of Class G license must also possess a Class D.
