Ryanair, no doubt.
Hello Reus airport is served by the following airlines that fly in the United Kingdom.
Ryanair flies from - Birmingham, Bournmouth, Bristol, Glasgow Prestwick, Liverpool, London Luton, London Stansted, East Midlands and Dublin
Thomas Cook Fly from - Aberdeen, Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Gatwick, Luton, Manchester and Newcastle
Thomson Airways Fly from - Belfast, Birmingham, Bournmouth, Bristol, Cardiff, Doncaster, East Midlands, Glasgow, London Gatwick, London Luton, London Stansted, Manchester and Newcastle
So I would try to Ryanair for the cheapest, but remember when you pay taxes, charges and bags of problems you might get for the same price on Thomas Cook or Thomson and better company Air.

I'm going to Reus about 4 times per year
and fares are cheaper with Ryanair
just stay away from peak periods and you should get a good price
I second the recommendation Dohop.com - Dohop I work for, and I can almost guarantee that we will find the lowest prices possible. However, you should also try our major competitors, Kayak and Skyscanner, just to get the whole spectrum. They may be able to find better prices than we find, but I doubt it.
