Flights To Nice

I searched many sites and had no luck finding a flight or train from Nice to Milan. I'll be traveling in July 2007.

I hope someone can help!

There is a direct train at 1005 from Nice takes 4h 45m and costs 30euro is a service that requires reservations Euro City
The website shows Nice Airport Joint Air France / Alitalia flight several times a day between Manchester and Milan Malpensa.
The train trip along the coast is superb and continues along the coast for a while once in Italy.

There are direct flights from NCE to MXP (Malpensa) daily with Air France and Alitalia

Could you drive through Paris? Without wishing to be another ignorant answering questions, I would have thought there would be a good train links from Paris to Nice (TGV with luck) and then a flight from Paris to Milan? The TGV stops at Charles de Gaulle often and I think you should be able to fly from CDG airport in Milan. Milan has several airports, btw, if you have contacts there, you might ask what is the best airport in case you want to be. Paris also has several airports, CDG is the main thing. Enjoy your trip!
